If you copy and paste notes from a different source outside of EM, your margins could be affected.
With some word processing softwares, the HTML source code of the notes can include odd margin settings that could be pushing your Work Orders off center.
The example below shows two Work Orders, one that is pushed to the right due to a large left margin, and a well centered Work Order:
In most cases these notes are copied from Word which tend to carry an @page margin setting that aligns the pasted information to the right, see an example below: 
Fixing this is simple and can be done inside EM. Just open the note in the HTML editor by right clicking on the Notes and selecting Editor
Select the Edit Raw HTML checkbox
Click yes
Close out of the notes and Save it.
Confirm your Save
If you reopen the notes you will notice the above @page tag is gone
The current EM code looks for these @page tags and removes them automatically, this is why it's crucial to open the note and save it to remove the page tag margin settings.
