Resetting Your Parallel's Desktop Client Connection to Express Maintenance

If you're experiencing issues accessing Express Maintenance via the desktop client despite a confirmed cloud connection, use the following steps to reset your connection.

Step 1: In your Hidden icon list, look for the Parallel's Client Icon

Right Click and select 'Exit'

This will disconnect your Parallels session, allowing you to quickly reconnect by simply launching the Parallels application and logging in again.

 

If you do not see the em-hosting.com connect option you may need to recreate your EM Hosting server connection. 

Step 2: Create Connection to EM-Hosting

Click on create connection

Enter em-hosting.com and click next

Ensure the server name is still em-hosting.com and click 'Create'

Log back into the cloud using your EM-Hosting credentials
