Users who are on version 9.8 and above of Express Maintenance, and have transitioned to the cloud have the added perk of using Express Maintenance Mobile App
When you are updated to the latest version of EM and added to the Security System, your account will be set up with the proper database credentials, number of databases, and an account for your Site Admin/s.
Site Admin's have the ability to invite new users to the Security System and manage the databases and products they can access like EM Mobile.
*Similar to the user limit access in Express Maintenance on Parallels, the amount of users able to access EM Mobile will be determined by the number of licenses purchased.
Site Admins can log into the Security System using their email and previously set password following the below link: https://auth.mas.systems/auth/login
Invite User
Once Site Admins have successfully entered the Security System they can begin inviting new users by clicking the 'Invite Users' button. This can be done from two different pages.-
- Customers page: Displays the Companies basic information and can be edited by Site Admins only.
- Users page: Displays Users that have been invited by the Site Admins, visible to Site Admins only.
