How to Export a PDF From the Cloud

Step 1. Print to PDF

This will give you the option to save your files to your cloud folder and begin the process of exporting to your PC by selecting the PDF printer option and clicking 'OK'

Step 2. Save to Cloud Folder

When you click 'OK' a cloud file explorer window will appear. Once here, select This PC -> Desktop, and create or select the folder where the files will be saved to.

*Please note that this folder is stored in the cloud, not on your local desktop. It serves as a centralized location for saving your files, ensuring they are accessible from any device where you can log into EM. This feature simplifies the process of exporting your files, allowing you to do so from anywhere.

Name the file and save the file/s by clicking 'OK'

Step 3. Export

With your files now securely saved in the designated cloud folder, you can proceed to export them for distribution.

Using the 'Export' button in the bottom right hand screen

Browse to your designated folder and choose the files you wish to export. After selecting all the desired files, click 'OK' to initiate the download process, and EM will start transferring the files to your PC.

Navigate to your local 'Downloads' folder and locate the files you exported. NEXT

For users who prefer the desktop client of Parallels, the download process is more straightforward, allowing files to be saved directly to the local machine. However, it is important to note that any modifications made to these local files may not be accessible from other portals, limiting the ability to retrieve the latest changes.
