How to Export Files from the Cloud

If you are utilizing the Parallels Web client and wish to export PMs, Work Orders, or Reports, follow these steps.

Save the File

To begin, ensure the file you wish to export  has been saved to your Shared Folder with a name you can easily find.

Select the File

Using the 'Export' button in the bottom right hand screen

Browse to your designated folder and choose the files you wish to export.

After selecting all the desired files, click 'OK' to initiate the download process, and EM will start transferring the files to your PC.

Navigate to your local 'Downloads' folder and locate the files you exported. NEXT

For users who prefer the desktop client of Parallels, the download process is more straightforward, allowing files to be saved directly to the local machine. However, it is important to note that any modifications made to these local files may not be accessible from other portals, limiting the ability to retrieve the latest changes.
