Express Maintenance Admins have the ability to set up and add new users. Follow these steps to quickly set your team up.
Creating a New User
All Express Maintenance users must be set up in the Express Maintenance Employee Table as outlined below.
Enter the user's first and last name and email address and click on 'Post Edit'
The new user will be created and have Access Records created for them.
Ensure the correct Access Settings are applied and click 'Post Edit'
Once the user's profile is set up as you like, click on the 'Overview' Tab to see your full list of Employees.
Locate the new user and click on 'Add to Security'
A pop up will appear requesting you to assign an Employee Type and select what option they can Access.
Employee Types determine the users specific roll and applies restrictions or certain capabilities.
Data Entry: Limited access; can add but cannot edit or delete
Technician: Add, change, limited delete capabilities
Super User: Add, change, delete
Admin: Can add, change, delete data and users.
Access Type determines what Express Maintenance option users can access.
EMM: Express Maintenance Mobile
ER: Express Request
EMR: Express Maintenance Read Only
PLEASE NOTE: If no Access is selected the user will be set up but will not have access to Express Maintenance.
When set up is complete, click on 'Add to Authentication Server'
This will issue an ID number next to the invited user letting you know they've been properly invited.
Simultaneously, users will receive an email with a link inviting them to create their login password.
e.g.
PLEASE NOTE: The email address that receives this invite will be the users new Express Maintenance username.

Successful Invite
Once users have been confirmed their password, their status will show 'Active' in EM Security

PLEASE NOTE!
If users have not been set up with Cloud Credentials they will not be able to access Express Maintenance. Please submit an EM Support ticket to have these credentials created.
