Whether you have a personally designed Work Order or desire a different Work Order print option. You can follow the steps below to select which Work Order Print Option you want to view when printing.
This setting can only be changed by an Admin
In the Administration Tab, under Configuration-Main tab, open the "Work Orders" section, and expand "Printed Documents"
Select the Worksheet Report Option you would like to change by pressing on the drop down button Select the Work Order Option
Save your changes and exit EM
Please note: In most cases, the HTML Work Orders should remain the same unless a custom report exists. Changing these reports may cause issues.
Once logged back in your changed settings will apply
