If you're accessing EM from a desktop and desire to set up a desktop icon on your screen follow these steps to download the client set up on your computer
1. Go to the https://em-hosting.com website and click the “Download Client” link from the upper right side of the home page.
2. On the Download Parallels Client page click the “Download” button
3. Once the download is finish double click on the downloaded exe to launch the installer
4. Click the “Install Full Client”
5. Once the download and install are complete. Double click the shortcut that was placed on your desktop.
6. When the client opens click “Create connection”.

7. Enter the below info into the “New Connection” screen
a. Server: em-hosting.com
8. Click next
9. Enter the below info into the “Logon” screen
a. Authentication Type: Credentials
b. Username: “Your username”@em-hosting.com
c. Password: “Your password”
10. Click connect
11. Once you are connected you will see a similar screen as below with a list of everything you have access too. 
Just double click any of the icons in the Info tab to launch EM
With your EM Security Credentials and 'Active' status you can now login to Express Maintenance.
