Users

Site Admins have access to a detailed table of all Users assigned to their company. Additionally, Site Admins possess the ability to add new users or make targeted edits to existing ones.

User List

To access the user list Site Admins can click the Customer Usersbutton on the Customer Page or by selecting Users

The Customer Users button displays a quick list of your company's users. Here you can do a quick sort to search for a specific user using the filter or the individual columns

Users Page

The Users page displays the same list of users but allows greater versatility when searching for specific users such as using the Search feature or the Sort options.

Inviting a New User on the Users Page

Inviting a new user to the Express Maintenance web and mobile ecosystem is made simple through the Invite Usersbutton. Here Site Admins can decide what Express Maintenance products the user can use, the User access type and what default database they are set to.

Please note users must exist in the Express Maintenance table prior to being invited.
