The Security System Customer Page displays your company's database access information and provides Site Admins tools to edit and manage their users, and database(s).

Security System Utilities
These utilities are only available to Site Admins
Customer Databases: Allows Site Admins to manage database(s) registered to your company.

Customer Users: Displays all users belonging to the company database within your account.

Invite Users: Enables Site Admins to send invitations to new users, and serves as the primary method for creating all new user accounts.

Customer Products: View all products and licenses associated with your company.

Edit: Admin users can also edit User Type, User Status, add, and delete rights to the user’s database setting. User databases must be in the Customer Database list to be available to be chosen for a user.
Security User Settings

- My Account: Redirects users to their User Detail Page where they can reset their password or edit their profile information.
- If you would like to reset your password simply click on the 'Reset Password' button and select Yes
- Users can customize their personal details such as name, language preference, and even add a custom image by using the
Edit button .
- If you would like to reset your password simply click on the 'Reset Password' button and select Yes

- Site Admins have these same options as well as the ability to change User Type, Status, and the Express Maintenance Products they can access.

For Site Admins, you'll have the capability to perform these same edits across all users within your company's database.
