How to Configure Completed Work Order Email Notifications
A new option has been added to the Configuration API to control which types of Completed Work Orders (WOs) trigger customer email notifications.
Admin's can view this setting in the Configuration - API tab
By default, this option is set to None, meaning no emails will be sent for completed work orders unless explicitly configured.
If your system’s default settings under Main → Email Settings → Work Order Emails are already set to send emails for completed Non-PM Work Orders,

The new configuration option will automatically initialize to Non-PM.

To update the type of Work Order completion email you receive
1. Open Configuration API, and find the Completed Work Order Email Type field.
2. Select the drop down and choose which emails to receive
Email Options
- None: Do not send an email when a WO is completed.
- Both: Send an email when a WO is completed for both PM and non-PM WOs.
- PM: Send an email when a WO is completed for only PM WOs.
- NonPM: Send an email when a WO is completed for only non-PM WOs.
3. Click on 'Edit Configuration' and Select 'Save Changes'
4. Finally, in MAIN - Email Settings - Work Order Emails, and add the recipient address under Email Non-PM Completed WO Recipient List.
5. Click Save Changes and exit
Your chosen email preferences will take effect, and notifications will be sent for completed Work Orders that match your configuration..
