By scheduling preventive maintenance at regular intervals for a designated unit, you can ensure timely upkeep of your equipment. Follow these steps to set up your PMs.
Assign PMs to Unit
Choose the Services (PMs) to be scheduled for the Equipment Unit of your choice.
After assigning the Service to the Unit, you can customize the PM to meet the specific requirements of the Equipment Unit. This includes assigning a Technician, specifying the necessary parts
setting the PM interval,
and adding any specific notes
Once the PM has been set up for a unit you will see it on the Service Overview Page.
If you don't see it initially, make sure that the 'thru' date includes the due date of the PM and check for any other criteria that may prevent the PM from appearing.
